Located in the femoral region on the inside of the leg, its front part touches the Knuckle and its side and back part touches the Eye Round, the Inside Round Cap Off is derived from this cut by removing the muscle of the layer that covers the piece along the natural line as well as by removing the Inside Round 100% VL, which is produced by eliminating all the fat and connective tissue to leave the piece visually lean.
